Default PCV Hose is saying hello(pic)
I've got a vacuum leak on '00 SS and wanted to know if I can just replace that piece of hose without replacing the whole thing?

Yeah you can replace just that piece.... but I would check out all of the hose sections since that one went bad. They seem to all rot at about the same rate on the PCV system

I have the same year and the same hose did the same thing on mine
