Default Front bumper license plate bracket

Is there a front bumper license plate bracket on amazon for a 98 camaro with out drilling holes into the front bumper? If so can someone get me a link please

Minnesota requires them also. I figure if you don't drink and drive, move massive amounts of cocaine or transport bodies in your trunk, not running a front plate is not the end of the world if a cop wants to bother pulling ya over for it lol

I live in the people's republic of California where among other things we need front plates. My personal stance for both of my cars is this:

Illinois requires front plates.
As far as I know my car has always been in IL.
When I bought my Z it was 10 years old and the factory front plate frame was in a factory shipping bag in the trunk.
I'm not running front plates.

Same! I'm on two fix-it tickets and counting... they increase the fine for repeats...
