Default I pick up a Diablosport intune

I actually had it for my 05 mustang , then I sold the car and sold the tuner to a Freind that also had a mustang , but now that he was selling his car I bought the DS tuner back. I down loaded the DS tune ,It seems a little more peppy at the throttle and maybe pulls a little harder threw the midrange. Just checking to see what the results other people have hade with it on their LS1 motors or if someone has any cool tips about this tuner for these cars. It only gavee 1 option for a canned tune. DiabloSport tune

Damn! I guess nobody has really bought one of these for there ls1 car. I calls about a dyno tune today here in tucson. And it's 500$ with 2 free retunes a year. Is the dyno tune really yield a great diffrence in hp feel. And about how much TQ/hp can you get from a dyno tune from a stock ls1? Thanks ls1 bros!!

I had one for my old ls2 GTO. Diablo tuners do help if you aren't in an area with a dunno tuner. I seriously shaved a few tents off with a tube on my old goat.

There is a great write up on our forums that explains how to use the tool to log and dial things in if needed. That's a good place to start for sure.

You may want to consider a custom tune especially since you have the longtubes installed.

Thanks

Would I add a little fuel + -? With the Diablo tune + longtubs. How would adding longtubes affect the AFR ?
