2001Z28_MDH

I'm having issues with a 2001 z28 that I daily drive, chassis has 287000 miles on it, unknown on engine. Currently engine runs rough at any rpm, trip on dash tries to cut out, and the speakers are making a chatter/ buzzing sound like the old GM trucks would do when there was a bad ground. I had to get it back to the house, but after I turned the car off, tried starting it again, it wasn't 100%, but it was a lot better running and the electrical inside the car wasn't acting up. Anyone ever ran into any similar issues or might know of a common ground to check/ clean?

Check the spark plug wires. Worn plug wires can cause electrical interference and make the engine run rough.
