Default LT1 question

I have a 4th gen Camaro LT1. I was wondering if it would be possible if I could buy an Gen V LT1 Corvette motor and swap it into my Camaro. Is there any possible way to do this?

Get our your wallet, and just keep spending money, it would cost much money.

The motor alone is going to cost a substantial amount of money. At that point your essentially doing a complete transplant and just using the shell of the car. Of which I am not familiar with the new LT1 motor but it is 6.2 Liters so I would make the assumption that you could potentially run into general fitment issues upfront let alone everything else associated with putting a new motor in a 20 year old vehicle.

Like I said though anything can be done with the right amount of money and determination. I mean the MSRP is 11K+ just for the stand alone motor. I would just estimate that after everything you would prob have $20k wrapped up in the swap.

You could build your LT1 to make that kind of power a lot cheaper just my opinion though.

EDIT: Did find a sale for a considerable reduction

Ok lol with the cost being that much I decided to go either LQ4 twin turbos or Dart LSnext 427. What do you think will be good? shooting for 1400hp+ but will de-tune when on the street, which will be 90% of the time.

Alight, I gotta ask, what kind of budget are you working with here? A very very large one I hope?
Lets say you do end up with a fully built 1400hp engine (will be far north of $10,000 im sure). The rest of the drive train will need to be replaced as well to handle the power, and the car will need to have a cage installed if you plan on taking it to the track and making a fast pass. This is no cheap/easy task.
