Default 1969 Camaro on 2010 Camaro 18" steel wheels

So I have a 69 SS with stock rims and very close to stock bias plys, I want to take the rims and tires off and keep them good. Will a set of 2010 Camaro V6 18" steel rims fit? I know radius and height is going to be a little different but from I've seen the hub hole might be too small on the rim.
My tires are 205/70 14
Steel wheels are 245/55 18
Offset and clearance?

Seriously doubt they'd fit. I'm willing to bet the lug pattern is wrong too.....but I could be wrong.

Pretty sure the lug pattern is correct but you will need a large billet alum adapters (approx 2") to correct the offset.
