ok before anyone says search i have many times. I have a head cam camaro putting out 438hp and 405 tq at wheel with true duals dumped at axle. i have 3" pipes. im wanting to run my duals all the way out to cme. after that i want to lower it 1.25"/1.5"... im leaning towards 2.5" pipe instead of my 3" for ground clearance because i already hit sometimes with 3" (driver side needs to be redone and would clear fine) I read the sticky that says 2.5 pipe with 515hp will be no loss.... im not really sure of what i am asking lol... lose hp or clearance. i cringe every time my pipes hit and the car has never been down the track. I barely even get to go to mexico with another car. I guess my worry is will 5/10hp loss be that noticeable? is it worth the loss?
