Does anyone know if a late model 4th gen camaro dash and console would fit an early 4th gen camaro????

Short answer.....Not worth it (AT ALL), The Cluster differences alone makes this a tough swap.

Yes, it will fit since the 4th gen camaro body is the structurally the same for 1993-2002. Unless your swapping a late model engine its not worth swapping the dash because all the wiring is different.
