Got an 01 camaro ss 5.7 ls1 m6, comp cam .588lift ls6 ported heads, exhaust, oil catch can, my brother has a heavy modded c5 and when we go mess with coyotes he noticed while I'm slowing down very fast and down shifting high rpms, smoke comes out of the tail pipe, is this a serious concern or just small seepage through valve stems seals or worn out rings, got high pressure oil pump so my oil pressure stays at 40psi at all times, no smoke out of tail pipe any other time, no oil built up on the tail pipes.

We can't tell you how much smoke you had, so can't answer on that part. What color is the smoke? That will tell you what fluid the smoke is from. Next with weight transferred forward what is allowing more of this to burn, like your line to the intake from the catch can being at the front of the can and car. If that was the case and it's passed time to drain it could be pushing oil to the line forcing oil into the intake.
