Default LS1 - Location of Coolant Temperature Sending unit(s)?

My Low Coolant light on the dash is on, yet the coolant level is proper and I don't have any cooling problems. Could it be the coolant temperature sending unit? Where is it located? How many are there? Are there one or two units? Or could it be something else? .. The dash light? …. a fuse? ….. Bad connection(s)? ??? Any help would be appreciated? I have a 1999 SS Camaro, 6 speed….. Thanks

Default

its the coolant level sensor, located on the passenger side of the radiator.

the sensors are known to go bad over time.

the engine coolant temp sensor is located on the drivers side head, and will have 2 wires on 99+ and 3 wires on a 1998 ls1 f-car
