does this HP number sound right for the mods?

whats up, im looking to step up from my grand prix to a camaro. i found one local on craigslist and was wondering what you guys think about the car and the price. it has more then 100k miles should i be worried? also has mods and says its at 420 RWHP, what you guys think? thanks.

it does seem a little low. 100k miles is nothing aslong as he changed the oil regularly. 420rwhp on a mustang dyno with a "mild cam" doesn't make any sense, especially for an A4. Maybe it has heads and he forgot to mention that.
