Default Should I trade?

I was just offered a trade for my 95 A4 Z28 for a 99 M6 SS + cash (around $4500).

I really want to go for it, but I'm leery because the car has 130k on the clock.

Or

I can sell my car and get a black M6 LT1 with around 90k

too many miles you are buying the car when its going to start giving you problems , remeber that you dont know the maintnance of the car, i would just take your car too dealer that has a 2002 camaro atleast and negotiate with yours as a trade in now nobody wants a v8 with gas prices so you should be good, i bought my wifes hemi magnum, the kkb value of the car was 25000 i bought it for 17000 out the door and i was upside down 2 grand on my previous car total for a 2005 magnum 19000 all extras but the awd......if you have good credit and cant get a low intrest your set bud

I personally wouldn't do it just because of the miles. You never know what kind of abuse or lack of upkeep the car has had. On the other hand these cars will go well past 200K so I guess if you know the previous owner and know for a fact what has been done to the car you might be ok.

I agree with everyone else. Pass on that one because it has too many miles. If you really want an LS1 sell your car and save up or get a loan for the rest of the money. You can get a decent SS for around $12,000.

You give him $4,500? If so no way.

If he trades straight up or gives you cash, jump on it.

all right, I'm gonna listen to everyone and not go for it, I'll just save up this summer and get something with a few less miles
