MPH guage on 94 z28

MPH guage on 94 z28 hey guys, i was wondering what the top mile per hour the gauge says? i was looking at a 94 z and it said 110...didn't seem right to me. i searched and didn't find much, so any insight would be appreciated.

I've seen the 110 speedo on automatic cars,I think it means that the car came with 2.73's (GU2 RPO) and that it has a speed limiter at either 115 or 120mph,can't remember which.

yea it was an automatic car. kinda suprised me, but i googled it later on and it seemed like they had a 110-120mph limit...just gota mess with the computer in it and lift the restriction...its a nice car...thinking about getting it to play around with

My 94 Z is an auto(2.73s) and has the 150 speedo.
If it has a 110 then it is more than likely a V6 car or they swapped the cluster

good info. yea im debating between this car and another..shooting for the other car...its a 97 z28, 30th anniversary with white rims and white car with orange rance stripes...80k original miles for $4700...once i get one of these damn suvs sold...im guna try to jump on it...

My z28 has the 110 mph speedo. I did 3.73's and a tune to fix the cutoff and deadspot problems. It only came in auto z28's with the weather package and you got skinnier tires and 2.73's. it was annoying so i replaced all of that.

the thirdgens were that way too, mine had a 85 mph speedo in it, and i had a 87 before it that had the 140... lol
not like the clusters are hard to change though. Hell i think i have a 93 z cluster on the shelf in my closet
