Default anyone with a lsx engine in 69 camaro?

can anyone give pics and comments on this at all? i like the idea of old muscle car style with new technology, thinking about this kind of project or future purchase if it comes along.

I put a ls1 in a 69 Camaro, took about a year for me to do it. Got it running last Oct. By far the best thing I could have ever done. I don't really understand a lot of the computer stuff on these motors, but I do get on here almost every day and try to learn. Good luck.

please dont ruin a muscle car by doing that

no matter how much i love the lsx engines, they do not and never will belong in any muscle car

My buddy is putting an LS1 with a T56 in his 68 Camaro but it won't be finished for awhile, we just finished taking the car completely apart and I mean every nut, bolt and washer, right now it's a shell.

fuel injection came factory in a few early impalas, chevy 2's, belairs and corvettes. as far as i know thew were all muscle cars. a muscle car deserves as much horsepower as you can put in it wether it be from a carb'd bigblock or a fuel injected lsx. plus i would consider all generations of camaros muscle cars. plus and rwd v8 2door car is a muscle car in my eyes regardless of year or make.

i gotta friend bought a 70 'camaro ss and dropped a ls6 in it with a t56..... mean car but his wiring is a bowl of spaghetti. gets approx 27mpg and puts 398rwhp to the tires. its a great idea but be aware you will will run into complications and many headaches. If you have the means to do it go for it.
