Hi LS1 Tech guys,
DOSE ANYONE KNOW HOW RARE IT IS TO HAVE A 3.73 REAR AXLE RATIO ON A 1984 Z28?

i dont think they ever put a 3.73 gear in any F Body. i could be rong

as I recall from my (briefly owned) '83 Cross-Fire car, 3.73 was the standard gear for all the V8 automatics in 83-84

i have an 84 z28 sitting at my dads house right now with factory 3.73s

oh and my 78 z28 came with them too

According to the Camaro white book 834 Camaros came with the G92 Performance axle in 1984.
