I'm at a traffic light not really paying any attention to anything, but the light change then I hear someone reving their engine. Its a guy in a Chrysler(?) Crossfire. First, I was surpised, then excited, but it got me thiking about what's the weirdest, strangest or out of placed car/vehicle to try to take you on? And, please don't tell me it was a moped...LOL.

i've had all sorts of cars try to race me, but the first night i ever drove my car it was a Papa Johns pizza delivery guy in a neon. i also had some random BMW rev up at me while i was sitting still in the turning lane and he flys by and revs up so i turned back in the other lane and chased him down and raped him lol.

Old dude (55+) and his wife in a top down solstice. I let out slow in first and went to hit 2nd and I hear his engine so I look and he is winding it out. By the time I realize what had happened I am catching up to him at 60, and he was cruising at less than 55. The guy was really smiling that he romped me.

A Prius...yes folks....real story. Aparently he did not liked it when I passed him over at around 70 in the freeway. Then I reduced speed to around 55 to 60, chilling with t-tops down when he catch up to me....He was babbling some BS, when i read his lips..."come on!" as he was waving his hands in "fight with me" fashion.

I laughrd my *** off and stepped on it....Im still waiting for him to catch me...LOL!!!!

i know... it wasent a v8 i could tell from the exhaust. couldnt hear any devious whistle or whine.... i tried to catch up to him to talk to him and see what it was but he pulled 10 links in a little over a quarter mile. i let out when i hit 135 and he was still leaving me..... never seen a sleeper that bad..

sunfire...with a fart can and a wing...a proceeded to put a few buses on him at waiting through a revolution of red, to gree, back to red lights befor ehe caught up....it was for a dig..and im not making this up..he reved at me at the red light...i never saw him again

Light turns green, I mash it up to about 80, put him way back there.

He pulls up to the next light, "What ya got done to her?"
Told him exhaust and intake, that was it.
"Damn, that LS1 is stout . . . might give my old 72 Z28 a run on it"

Saw him a couple months later at the local strip in a 2000ish white Z28.
