Default PCM Mounting and Air Flow

I am in the process of mounting my pcm and does it need to have air flow?

The pcm is from a 2003 yukon and it will be mounted in the engine compartment about a foot from the engine. I would like to put it in a stainless box.

I would allow for some vent holes in your box. It does need a little bit of air.
