what to use ?throttle by wire or cable

i am planing to use gm new ls376/480hp create motor,it will be going into a 1979 nova,trying to deside what would be best to use, throttle by wire

if i could i would have gone throttle by wire. all the cruise control stuff is in there, no need for external stuff at all.
