I would contact painless for a harness, and use a 4l60e or 4l80e..

Carshop.inc makes motor mounts(standard and 1" setback). For trans, you could use a 4L60E or 80E with a controller. Or you could use a Th350 or Th400 with a special converter or pilot spacer to use the TH350/400 style converters. I'm not exactly sure what all you could do with the computer, but I know you can send off your LS3 harness to be spliced into truck's harness. ->Nelson Performance, Painless, Speartech, some others. As far as headers/exhaust goes, you'll just have to see what fits. I know some headers fit some trucks and not others, maybe it depends on the motor mounts. You may have to channel your trans Xmember for the exhaust. Post up any other questions you have, there's lots of guys on here with the knowledge to get you through it. Good luck with it.
