What kind of fuel pump would you all recommend for a carb LS1 setup with a fuel cell? Just a regular inline pump or what? I'm kind of green when it comes to carb setups?

I just ordered a Holley billet fuel pump, -6 inlet and outlet, inline. I was told it should work fine. It flows like 16 PSI, and comes witha regulator to tune that down to 6-8 PSI

if the ls1s with a carb respond anything like any older pushrod carb motor, then any holley pump that pushes about 16psi or higher would be fine as long as you run a regulator

I'm only running a Holley 97gph internally regulated pump through 3/8" ID braided stainless line. I'm monitoring AFR with a wideband and have yet to see any drop in AFR which im sure would show if fuel pressure dropped lower than it should. I do have it hotwired directly to a switch with 10awg though so it sees 14.3V.
