So question:

When they say 4", are they talking about OD or ID? For example. Say I want to make my own intake for my stock LSx throttle body - what shoudl I buy? Will the 4" rubber 90 be 4" ID to fit the throttle body? And will the 4" AL tube be 4" OD so that it fits that 4" rubber as well?

Sorry for the noob questions, but I don't want to place more than 2 orders. I say 2 orders because everyone knows that you don't order everything you need on the first one and need to place a second

EDIT: just ordered it up, looks like all the 4" stuff will fit together? Heres to hoping so

If you are using a stock MAF, they are 3.5 inches. In that case you will need to reduce from 4 to 3.5 somewhere.

Just FYI

Don't think there are any sponsors here offering such products directly, so this is where I used to buy all of our stuff from when I worked at W2W:

Careful... I got a virus from that website or the AirFlo (intake tubing) website..... Trojan JS/Psyme.qm. AVG found and got rid of it easily, but just a heads up... The virus was found in my temporary internet files.

But on the plus side, my tubing should be delivered today Now that's fast!!!

What size pipe did you use? I used 4" schedule 20 pipe, but it is over 4" OD, I think it was 4.25 so the 4" rubber hose that connects to the TB doesn`t really fit it. The only size I could think of that would work well is 3.5" schedule 40....but I could only find 1 place that made it and it was stupid expensive....Like I could have made it outta carbon fiber for only a little more.
