Default fuel rail help

i bought the corvette fuel filter reg. Now do i need the fuel rail that has nothing on it or can i use the one i have that looks to have a fuel pressure reg already built on the rail

If it is a returnless rail you can use it, The thing you see on it is most likely the pulsation dampener. Returnless rail only have one fuel line connection on them

So I assume that the regulator looking part on the 01 camaro fuel rail is actually a dampener,not a regulator?The regulator is in the tank on the pump correct?
