How much power will this make?
Hi guys. I recently picked up an Edelbrock 2215 cam (220-224/.510/111 lc), I was leaning towards something in the 224-228 range, but this one was a screaming deal, and it is very similar to the GM "Hot Cam" anyway which was my original idea.
So my question is, what kind of power do you think this will produce, the engineis a '02 LQ9 with the stock bottom end, the Edelbrock 2215 cam, LS6 yellow springs, Pacesetter long tube headers, GMPP single plane intake, Edelbrock 3848 elbow, and the stock injectors on stock rails and stock TB, controlled by the stock but reprogrammed Truck '02 computer.
I have a NOS Cheater 4150 plate sandwiched between the intake and elbow, the tranny is a 4L60E with a 2500 stall conv. and a 12 bolt rear with a 4.11 gear and an Eaton Posi. The car weighed 3250 lbs.
I am slowly gathering the parts then I will start assembly.
So what is your guess? my Desktop Dyno does not model LS engines
Thanks
