Hey,

I've been searching and searching, and I couldn't find a picture of a t-56 in a foxbody to show exactly how far back the shifter is moved. Personally I'm not a fan of the stock position and think it could go back a little bit anyways, but wanted to see it done first.

If anyone has pics, or is willing to take some I would appreciate it. This place is awesome for information.

Most of the ones that I have seen are fairly close to the stock location. Probably back about 3/4" from the stock T5. That's even helpful to us long-armed people

i had to weld a 2.5" peice forward to center the shifter in the console.. sorry no pic tho

thanks for the information. The main things I'm worried about is the wiring, which I'll just farm out, and the fuel issues. But none of that should really be a problem. But since I'm college broke right now, I have nothing but time to think, plan, rethink and replan. And come up with parts lists.

Here is a pic but you must remember that engine placement and type of t56 can very.

Mine is a stock K member and a GTO m12 t56.
