Default 6.0 in 70 chevelle

I just bought a 6.0 I'm going to rebuild and put in my 70.My question is what would be the simplest computer and wiring route for me.Im going to use 2004r,so that isnt a problem.I would like to add the edelbrock pro-flow xt manifold. This is my first efi project and would like to keep it as basic as I can for now. This car is a daily driver 9 months a year when we aren't shovelin snow. Thanks for the input,John
