Default Will a stock f body oil pan work on a frist gen camaro if it has no rear steer?

I am getting ready to drop a LS1 in my 67 F body and I know the LS1 f body pan has to be modified under normal conditions but I would like to know if I use the car shop 1" set back mounts and the car has no rear steer parts(TRZ front steer rack) if I could get away without modding the oil pan. I would be more than willing to try and see but my motor is a GM crate LS1 from a GTO with a front sump pan so I would have to buy a pan to try it and if I end up needing to mod it anyway I will buy the AutoKraft pan. Thanks

The Early style BRP mounts and kit did use a stock F-Body pan with the front steer converted. So yes it will work.

with out the drag link in the way I'd think the standard (not 1" setback)mounts would work OK. I did the early BRP rack install on my car - motor isnt in yet
