Mazda truck swap
I have a decent mazda 2200 truck, and a LS1/A4 from my totaled 98 T/A. I was wondering if anyone has done this swap? It looks like it would fit in the engine bay, not sure about the transmission tunnel.
Any info appriciated...

I havn't seen any genIII swapped b-series, but I have had 2 sbc swapped mazdas, so I don't see where you would have any problems. I had bought the mounts from a place called ultimate customs in canada, but the last time I looked their site was down. If you could get those mounts you could just pick up a set of ls to sbc adapter plates and it should pretty much bolt in.

Yeah, I think that outfit is no longer around, Thanks!
If a SBC fits, the GM LS1 shouldnt be too much different sizewise?
I never messed with chevy much, but I have this GM LS1 that needs a home...

hahahaha. that is f'ing awesome. i had an '85 b2ooo in college. man, that thing must have weighed 15oo lbs with me in it. It had power nothing, and the door panels were actual cardboard. i wish i would have swapped in an LSx after spinning a rod in the 4-banger it had. good luck sir.
