Default Wiring questions / Connector ID

I've reached the wiring phase of my 69' C-10 SWB, LQ9-4L80e swap. I've done a lot of searching, but I've still got a few questions about a few connectors.

Sorry for the cell phone pics, I washed my camera in my work pants a few weeks ago.

This is a truck harness from a 2003 SS Silverado.

Front O2?

Rear O2

Speed Sensor

??? - Near MAF

???

???

???

...and what's the deal with this plastic tube coming from the throttle body?

Also, does the computer need to know the fuel pump is running? I think I'm just going route it to the toggle I'm using for my ignition source.

...and one last question...does the gear selector plug on the transmission do anything other than support a neutral safety switch and operate an electric shift function? In other words, do I need it for anything?

I really appreciate any input you guys may have. I'm sure I'll have more questions over the next week as I dive into the wiring for this thing.

i'm not 100%, but i'm pretty sure that last pic of the plastic tube is a solenoid for the evap system. the wiring colors match up for that to be correct. i might check out where the plastic tube runs to on my suburban later tonight though, if i find its something else i'll edit this.
