Default Wierd Problem... wiring issues

I installed a 99 LS1/auto into a 93 Firebird Formula. I swapped EVERYTHING over from the 99 donor. Everything. The 93 was a bare rolling shell when I bought it. Here is my problem.

I do not have a Firebird body harness. The headlights and headlight motors are not hooked up. Its just the camaro harness hanging there under the car. Whenever I honk the horn, or turn the lights on, the car dies. I have no brake lights, but I have reverse lights. My signals work, my power windows work, my stereo works, car runs, drives, idles fine. All guages work. I think I have all my grounds covered. VATS has been disabled with HPtuners. I can NOT figure out why the horn would make the car die. The steering column/wheel/air bag was from the 99 donor car as well. The only code that its throwing is a Brake Circuit Switch. I can get the code number if that would help anyone.

So im really just looking for some direction... I will be getting the Firebird body harness soon, hopefully that will help me out.
In the meantime.......????
