EFILive and Moates roadrunner?

I'm gettin readdy to put my ls1 in my 70 camaro and I was wondering if anyone is running roadrunner emulation? If so can i use it to turn my VATS and other problem codes off?

is that the same roadrunner that the carpc guys use on their carputer installs?
