Default 68 Camaro LS1 idle problems

I have a 68 Camaro that had an LS1 in till oil pump took it from me, I now have a iron block 6.0L (LQ4), stock GTO LS2 heads, MS4 cam, but stock LS1 intake and exhaust manifolds.

My problem is since this new set up, I have had problems with my idle. Cold my car is perfect as tuned, while rolling idle drops to 1200 till 0mph then drops to around 750-800 rpm. Once car is warm, the idle wants to hang around 2000 rpm till stopped then drop and start to search for idle between 300-1200 rpm. I can feather the trottle to help it from dropping too far till pcm catches it. I have had tuner in car with me and he says it looks like the car is developing a vacuum leak but has never ran into it and has no fresh ideas. IAC comands the programed amount of air, but it seems like it is getting much more till pcm comands a lot less air till idle comes down. new IAC and TPS has not helped. Any fresh ideas??

get a scanner and monitor the sensors (IAT, IAC, TPS, etc), monitor any unstable readings..
also make sure you don't have a vacuum leak or bad connectors.

It was retuned for the new set up. My scanner shows things are operating normal. I am going to test the sensors with DMM tonight and see if anything seems out of place.

I cannot find any vacuum leaks anywhere and that is what is frustrating. However with a vacuum leak, it seems to me that my problem would be more consistant.
