New Motor Start-up I have a Ls motor ,Howell wiring ,computer., Kiesler trans.. with no speed sensor hooked up and it shoes a po500 code. Car will not idle all the time. If i hook the speed sensor up ? Will this help set base idle? Other than that it runs great. Thanks Wes

I think I would look else where, I have no speed sensor connect to my T56 and for the most part it runs and idle ok. I was told at one time that with a manual trans (T56), the PCM doesn't need really need the VSS sensor (they / I could be wrong).
Check the other sensor and grounds.
