That power seems a little low for that much boost...

The biggest killer is the 4l80e and not locking the converter on the dyno. Plus the tthe tune is very safe. About 11.00 afr plus we have a problem with not being able to lean the car out top end it goes way rich after 5600 and we take fuel out and it seems not to respond to the change. 5600-6300 is like 9.00afr

I'm not knocking it, don't think I am a hatter.

I am just reviewing some other builds where the cars are 600+ with the same boost.

But, with a safe tune and an un-locked converter, I can see the loss.

Need to make a HOT dyno run....

Cool car bro. How much do you have in the turbo kit and motor?

Have you had any issues with the mild steel headers yet? I keep hearing it is the wrong way to go because they will crack. It make sense why they would crack but my guess is that yours are still going strong.

Reason I ask is because I just got the same header kit you did from speedway for my turbo build.

Thanks and awesome build man!

knock on wood i have had no problems so far and i do have a support on the turbo system to take the weight off the headers i believe that helps a lot.

all you have to do is replace the eyebrow trim pieces..and a different bumper, along with the grill and other small things. ...that's what I did with my 74....but Yea if it's not broke ....don't try to FIx it

and you can tuck those big bumpers in...just drill a tiny hole in the shock absorber thing on the mounts and collapse the shocks then re-mount your bumpers it tucks them like 3" in big difference
