Default LT1 fuel pressure regulator question

I'm swapping a LT1 into a 65 chevelle and I'm planning my fuel system now. I ordered a spectra EFI tank and I'm planning on using the donor car's plastic fuel lines with filter from a 95 Caprice 9c1.

The question is... Does the LT1 /9c1 have a fuel pressure regulator already? Is it on back of the fuel rail or built into the filter? Or do I have to purchase an after market one?

That 9c1 should be like my 94'. The regulator is on the back of the fuel rail, on the back side of the intake. Some guys are running aftermarket units, but unless your gonna run lots of nitrous or lots of boost, the factory piece will be fine.
