71 Chevelle with original Z-bar clutch setup ? Has anyone put an LS engine in a 71 Chevelle and kept the original mechanical clutch setup ? Planning a swap and would like to keep everything as it stands for my DougNash 5 speed, Lakewood bellhousing etc. I have a bare LS1 block for mockup purposes so if I have to I can make a bracket for the pivot ball that is normally bolted to the block.
