Holy Crap man! Do you ever take a break!! Good stuff though. Are you going to relocate that air filter? It's gonna be pulling some high IATs with it behind the radiator like that (ask me how I know lol). Flip it and extend it behind the headlight.

Wink

Air filter will be relocated under the drivers fenderwell. Need to move the drivers side radiator hose down low enough to run tube past it. Car has been on several websites and desparately needed re-wired. Electric fans operated via toggle switch and fuel pump was wired directly to the ing switch. Lots of walmart relays, crimp terminals, and melted wires. O2's were extended and did not read anything onm datalog. LTFT was WAY off. All emissions and trans wires were not removed. Fire and safety hazard waiting to happen. Lots of spaghetti under the dash.

Like I said, 4 more swaps to go till I get to touch my 6.0L for my own 96 9c1 Police Caprice.
'80 GMC 4x4 mud truck 5.3L swap next week
'91 RS Camaro gets a 5.7L 6 speed
'64 Imp Wagon gets a 6.0L
Couple more 64's getting LS1 swaps
'94 Buick Roady gets a 6.0L LQ9 this winter

Got a line on a '91 Miata for $950 locally. Wnat to put my 6.0L and automatic in it.

I'll sleep when I get old.

It is Henry's car and there was TONS more stuff wrong with it when I started.

Now it's safe and reliable.

I'll post more vids once I get it tidy'd up a bit more.

Nice, I've got a 90 police caprice I'm thinking bout sticking a 5.7 vortech and 4l60e in. Can't wait to see the 64 builds as I'm also going to probably stick a 6.0 liter in a 2 door 63 impala. Keep us updated.

Cool

Left out the best part. O2's were extended by the previous engine installer and the wires crossed and they burned up one of my scanners. Seems like there are more and more swaps out there and they are not all done safely. Guess, I'm a car guys worse nightmare far as being pickey and doing it right the first time.

Yeh, I do all my own harness work as well as programming.

I'm retired Air Force and work in a electronics calibration lab now; same as when I was in the military.

I am booked all the way till next Feb with LS1 engine swaps but can work a harness pretty quick if you need assistance let me know.

Here is a couple pics of my other work as of lately:

Done more swaps but never took pics. :-(
