may or may not fit depending on mounts used. but the car intakes are used due to there low profile obviuosly make for more clearance

Yes the Adapter plates, Mount mounts and frame stands will all come into play if you want the Truck into and Alternator to fit under the hood with out any modifications..

Plates can be anywhere from 1/4" to 1/2" thick. There are Short/wide and Tall/narrow Engine mounts. Frame stands to match the engine mounts with different heights also.

There is a 7/16" different in the tall vs short mounts. So.. depending on the items and pan.. It will fit or not ! LOL.. I am using Tall/Narrow mount with modified short/wide frame mounts.. so, you can roll your own or even custom to get what height you want.

Good luck.

Yes, If you look at the BRP kit, you can either buy there kit or use it as a sample of how to fab up your own... I built my plates using the templates in the FAQ out of 1/4" steel plate. You just have to think it through and be creative, and that is what Hot Rodding is all about..! doing something yourself and doing it your way...
