Default Throttle by wire not working and no spark

I swapped a ls6 from a 04 cts-v into my rx7. I have a new ctsv throttle pedal and a new ctsv TAC module. I got the wire harness from the pedal to the TAC module from eficonnection. I've been going crazy trying to figure this out. When I give 12v to the pink wire out of the module, the throttle plate flickers once and then the normal whine of the throttle stops and there is nothing, no response from the pedal. It's like after 5 sec. the throttle just stops working. I've studied wire diagrams and at first found the wires in the wrong locations in the harness I bought. I moved the pins around and still nothing. I'm stuck and out of ideas. I also read about people having problems with not having the maf or alternator hooked up but I do. Any ideas?

Unplug the Tac from the PCM and see if it sets the code, if not, they're not talking to each other. If it sets the code, reset it and unplug the pedal nd see if it set a code. I don't think your Tac is communicating with the PCM

Thanks for your help. I get code p1125. Basically I think I have a problem getting the right pins in the right place in my connector going to the pedal. The harness I got from efi connections has the pins in one place, but the wiring diagram I have shows them in another. I would help me out a ton if somebody with a 2004 ctsv looked at the connector on the pedal for me and wrote down the position of the wires. Thank you
