I am looking to buy the headers below. They guy does not know what they are for. I know they are for a ls motor looks to be of a f-body camaro. Can someone confirm this and will they fit my 71 chevelle?

I'm not 100% but I would say they are for a late 90's F body with an EGR tube. I would be willing to bet that they wouldn't clear your cross member not to mention your steering rod, and or power steering gear box. I believe I have access to a couple of different companies that build LSX headers for your vehicle. If you would like me to look into this a little more for ya just say the word!! Shoot me an email or PM!!

I have heard F-body headers would fit a Chevelle. In the old days the same headers that fit a 70-81 Camaro with a 350 would fit a 64-72 Chevelle with a 350. I originally bought Hooker BBC headers new for $133 and a set of GM performance header flanges for $22 each. I just could not stomach how Hooker gouges you on the LS headers. I found a deal on some used ones later. I still have the GM flanges though, the hooker swap plates came no where close to working on my car I made my own

The look like they may be for a Truck.. as the height of them look very tall as compared to a F-Body.. but that is from a look only from the picture.

Any yes.. a few of the early A-Body guys have used the F-Body LS1 headers with minor or no modification at all. It all depends on what adapter plates you use to mount the engine.
