Default VSS for fox body ls1 swap

i need a vss sensor for my mustang ls1 swap and ls1 gauge cluster. ive seen one that bolts to the drive shaft but dont see how it will work with the mustang rear and drive shaft because of the yoke flang.



any one know what i can use, and will the car be ok to drive with out this to move it and get some stuff done to it

I dont have a VSS on my swap and the car runs and drives fine.

iam running a th400 and the 8.8 ford rear with the big rear flange

You can get rid of that big flange on your pinion. Just buy a 1350 yoke from strange or moser. I had a Turbo 400 in my Stang too and when I had my driveshaft built, I had them use a 1350 U joint to match my new pinion yoke.
