Default Carb cfm

I talked to a carb shop recently and they stated that the Holley Street Avengers do not flow the cfm they are advertised at. Can anyone confirm if this is accurate information??? It was stated that a 670 only flows 600 cfm (wet) and a 570 only flows 450 cfm (wet). The Holley advertising states that they were wet flowed.
