Default 5.3 Alpha pan w/T56

I'm using the Hummer H3 5.3 Alpha pan.

Problem is there is a mounting point that doesn't coincide with one from the T56 bell housing. This didn't even occur to me before I bought the pan and mounted it.

It's a lower one on the passenger side. Everything else looks like it lines up just fine.

Should I worry about this over the long term? Will it turn into a structural issue down the line?

Anybody have any input or ideas?

You don't need it. Leaving out one bolt THERE is no big deal. Proceed.

I don't know how I didn't notice this either... didn't see it until I started doing my exhaust. Considering the way older Chevy transmissions are mounted I didn't see a big deal in this. Should be fine.
