As some of you guys know, I completed my 5.3L/4L60E swap in my 05 Jeep TJ last night.
I got to drive it this morning and I believe I have a problem somewhere. The Jeep has no power. It actually feels like it has less power than the 6 banger it replaced.
The engine idles fine and doesnt cut out. Its got brand new gas (its good gas) in the tank along with some injector cleaner. The fuel pressure is 60psi.

I did take some advice from a local mechanic and take the temps of each port on the exhaust manifold right out of the head with my radar temp gun. I have 6 ports thats running about 190 to 220 degrees and 2 ports (1 on each side) thats running around 375 degrees (engine coolant temp is 190-210). That didnt sound right to me or the mechanic. The mechanic told me just to bring it in, but I would like to fix this myself.

A couple of my friends think that the injectors are dirty on the two hot cylinders, causing it to run hotter, and some other friends say that the other 6 cylinders are not warm enough, and 375 degrees is normal.

Do any of you guys know if this is normal and if its not, could this cause my no power problem?

swap the injectors from the hot cylinders to 2 of the cooler cylinders & see what happens

If the engine sat for an extended period of time, it could easily be that the injectors are funky.
