Default ANY help

I have a carbed ls6 motor in my car stock bottom end other than a mild nitrous Hyd cam. Patariot heads,750 carb with 6010 box. The Q's i have are.

*What does the timing line need to start at as far as RPM.
* I am not useing a map sensor..
*Are any of you running your carb with no power valves and jets the same front and back.

I am running a colder plug because of nitrous but the car just will not idle with out fouling the plugs out..plugs are AR474

Where is your curve at right now? I have a 6012 box on a 6.0 and I have my initial timing set at 14 degree's from 0-1000 RPM. It goes up to 28 degree's from 1000-2000 and then it stays at 28 degrees up to 5000 and then it drops back down a bit. Im running a MAP sensor and I have power valves in my carb, no NO2. I think my jets are 74 primary and 78 secondary. My motor seems to like the timing I have it set at so i havn't really played with it too much. What are you jets? Does the 6010 box have the idle timing control like the 6012 box?

I'm running a Holley HP750 on a Victor JR and was fouling plugs so bad it would blow black soot rings on the pavement on startup. I finally got a wideband on it and the AFR was 10.4 @ idle. Had to drill out the idle air bleeds a bunch to get the idle screws in range. That and opening up the plugs to 0.045" helped a bunch.
