Questions about LS1 power steering hose attachement to a older 76 gearbox
Just curious what I would need to attach the stock 98-2002 Fbody power steering pump hose to an older 76 camaro steering box?
I know the older gearbox uses different fittings, can someone point me in the directions of what adapter fittings I would need?
Thanks in advanced!

No adapters required. I cut fittings off the existing hoses on the car (the ends that go to the steering box), then had a local shop re-flare the metric hoses to work with these fittings. The shop did it for free, so all-in-all it didn't cost me anything and it looks good.

I'm pretty sure Detroit Speed & Engineering has adapter fittings for the box, so you can use your later style hoses. Or, if you have a '78 or newer steering box it will already have the o-ring style fittings. Might be a good time to upgrade to a later 3rd Gen box.
