Default LM7 in a 99 S-10, Guage help?

Got a 99 Step side S-10 with a 4 cylinder and a manual transmission, installing a 5.3L out of a 2003 Tahoe and a th350.
Got the engine loom but not the computer yet (want to make sure I get the right one).

My question is what am I looking at as far as getting my guages to work?
I HIGHLY doubt it's a plug and play (not my luck) but not for sure if I have to buy all new guages or what.

Any help is appreciated.

.

You should be able to do it. Jared at Current do it, so there is no magic involved. Most of the 98 and newer S10's dash cluster runs off the class 2 data buss, so when you you get your PCM tuned make sure you use a tune that is from a vehicle that has this, most of them do. If you want to take this off forum, email me, my email is availiable if you click on my user name.

He was asking about plug and play, so there is a plug and play option there.
Glad I could help...

If you do a little reasearch you would find out the Jared along with several others offer plug and play harnesses for the 98 and newer S10's that will operate the factory cluster, Since none of these vendors have a magic wand that to make something work, that anybody else couldn't do, with a little research, so the answer is yes, it can be done as plug and play. My offer still stands to the OP to supply them with the wiring info required to do this

Almost every person thats done the swap says Jareds plug and play harness is the best money they spent.

Just get Current Performances harness and call it a day. There are guys who have done it themselves but they spend endless hour getting it right, then fixing small issues.
