I am putting an LS1 into my 69 Nova and have the low mounted Alt. on it. I just wanted to know if I am going to need to notch my frame to alow that alt. set up to work. If so does anyone know of any sites that make bracket to relocate the alt. I am trying to avoind altering my frame if possible.

Don't know about your frame, but for alternator brackets search on kwik performance. They have brackets at a good price to put it in the vette or the truck position.
