Default LS6 Intake - vacuum line routing help!

I put a 5.3 from a Tahoe in a 70 Blazer and need a little help finishing up a few things. I switched intakes to a LS6 intake and I am still running my DBW TB from the truck. I need help with which vacuum lines need to be run and where.

I have the large (PCV) opening on the rear DS valve cover.
A vent nipple on the PS valve cover.
2 nipples on the bottom of the TB. (one on each side)
And a nipple on each side of the intake just behind the TB.

What goes and what stays?

Can take some pics if needed.

I am brand new to this, so take it for what it is worth.
The ones under the throttle body are for coolant to pass throught, that is usually connected from the front coolant line on the drivers side under the intake, goes through the throttle body, and am not sure where it goes after that (mine was disconnected).

The vent nipple on the ps valve cover (if it is toward the front) goes up to a port on the tb that on mine was facing rear-ward. I think this is part of the pcv system?

I agree with you - the 2 on the bottom of the TB seem to be for coolant - just not sure where the one on the PS side goes to.

it goes to the radiator if it's the one I think you're talking about. You can can check by blowing through the port on the ds. the one that hooks to the steam tune that connects both heads.

The one on the drivers side is for the evap purge system and the one on the pass side is for the pcv system

There is one that is hard to see in the picture, it comes from the valley cover (LS6 PVC) and connects to a vacuum port on the pass side of the intake
