LS Swap into 97 Chevy Truck Please help!!! I am planning a swap on my 97 Chevy truck that currently has a 5.0 vortech in it. The one thing that I am trying to find info on is the instrument cluster. Has anyone done the swap on the 96-98 vortech truck and can you tell me what modifications were needed to have all the gauges working properly?

Just reuse the stock 305 senders on the LSx motor.

Thanks again for the document Bo185. That will be very helpful. I should be starting on my project very soon and will be sure to post pics when I get started. My plans are to use a 5.3 HO from an '08 tahoe with the drive by wire.
