Project Time Warped Build Thread
Here are some pics of my '69 Camaro getting a Wayne Due C4 Frame and LS1/M6.
Before I got started, with one of my toys!
My "Man Cave"!
The work area.
Teardown!
The cleaning has begun!
The firewall and belly all nice and fresh and the Wayne Due frame installed.
Suspension done, except for sway bar.
Front shot.

Here is the first mock up with the engine and transmission.
Another angle.
Here is most of the engine install finished, moved the engine back 1" from the pic above.
And a couple of other angles.
I had to ditch the C5 exhaust manifolds due to issues with the steering shaft.
Installed 2001 "LS1" rear disc brakes, just can't find the pic. Need to pull the rearend and suspension out and start the de-funking of the body and rearend. Then Hotchkis rear leafs go where those pitiful mono-leafs once hung out. The interior is getting a complete, and original, black Deluxe interior seats and panels, new headliner and carpet, electric speedo and tach installed in the dash and That cool Auto-Meter gauge pod for the center console!
More pics to follow!

At first I thought you were going to mount the machine gun to the roof of the car... After seeing the rest of the pictures I thought "do they really have that much trouble out there?" LOL J/K
Project is looking good. I like your "man cave," you can never have enough room for your projects.
I used to want one of these cars, keep us posted on the progress.

ATAKinc,
Looks good. Who doesn't like (LOVE) 69 Camaros. I am digging your pole building too. I work in a driveway
I am seeing alot of these Dwayne Due subframes lately. They look good. Do they make one for a 2nd gen F-body?

I think Wayne did make some for 2nd gen, but he has been out of the game for 2-3 years now, got tired of all the headache of the small business and now is part of his family's strawberry growing business in SW Washington state! These aren't like store bought berry's, the best strawberries you will ever eat! Downside is, no more awesome subframes using Corvette suspension!
